Quilts & Human Rights

Open at the Pick Museum of Anthropology until February 28, 2018.

This quilt exhibition features quilts from around the world honoring champions of human rights and documenting quilt-making as a means of coping with oppression, and examining how quilts raise awareness of global social issues. This opening exhibit, on September 5th had civil rights activist, Reverend Jesse L. Jackson, Sr as the keynote speaker followed by an SJSA workshop.
